Bolognese Sword and Dagger Workshop at HEMAC Dijon 2015

This is an introduction to the use of the sword and dagger (spada e pugnale) as described by Achille Marozzo and Antonio Manciolino in their treatises. The material is quite short and I have decided to present it as Dall’Agocchie would have done. So one guard and all its defenses to the differents attack. The guard used here is coda longa e alta for the sword and porta di ferro stretta for the dagger. This guard is used in more than 2/3 of the plays described.
