IsoView: Whole-animal functional imaging in larval Drosophila

This video shows projections of three-dimensional IsoView time-lapse image data of an entire Drosophila larva expressing a fluorescent indicator of neural activity through the nervous system, including the brain, ventral nerve cord (the equivalent of the vertebrate spinal cord) and the peripheral nervous system.
