Wingnut Wings’ Roland C IIa (Late) kit in 1/32 scale

The second of my two recent short videos, this one shows this versatile WW1 reconnaissance and artillery-spotting aircraft, often referred to as ’Walfisch’ (Whale) due to the shape of the fuselage. This was the second WnW kit I bought, but the first I built as it had an easier wing/strut assembly than the other model! This particular aircraft was possibly assigned to Kagohl II during late 1916 and into the following year; it is one of five colour schemes offered in the kit and the detail and markings included are, as many will already know, of high quality. I hope you will enjoy this short video, and thanks for taking time to look in.
