Functional training - tire challenge workout

Our Head Trainer Tommy Matthews and Andy Phillips take you through a Plyometric and Sandbag circuit. This circuit will get your heart rate going! The exercises are; Farmer’s lift x 10 Chest press x 10 Leg press x 10 Farmer’s walk 5m x 10 Tire flip challenge for 30 seconds Perform 10 reps of each exercise and complete the circuit in 2 minutes.
