warm up - jump rope - 60 seconds on, rest for 30 seconds - one foot, two feet
movement prep - core momentum trainer - launch, throw, lunge & launch
activation sequence - kettlebell and barbell - kettlebell swings, back squat

Kettlebell double clean
Pyramid reps 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 4
