SING IN THE PICTURE [사유] -Teaser

김소라X김정기 [SING IN THE PICTURE] 라이브 드로잉의 선구자 김정기 작가와 전통 음악연주자 김소라의 협업 작품 ’Sing in the Picture’ 은 그림 위에서 한국의 장단과 선율로 자유롭게 상상하며 각자의 예술세계를 펼치는 작업으로, 이제껏 마주하지 못했던 새로운 장르와의 소통에서 예술적 가치와 가능성을 찾는다. 끝없는 상상과 자유로움 안에서 희망과 위안을 얻는 작품으로 기억되기를 바라면서 6곡의 음악과 6점의 그림을 아트필름으로 담아 냈으며, 음원 및 작품 전시 콘서트를 통해 두 아티스트의 생각과 메시지를 대중에게 전하고자 한다. Jung Gi Kim, the pioneer of live drawing, and So Ra Kim, the Korean traditional musician have collaborated on ‘Sing in the Picture,’ which is a work of unfolding each artist’s imagination through Korean traditional rhythms and melodies on the paintings. Through this unencountered mash-up of Korean traditional music and live drawing, the two artists would like to seek artistic values and potential. A total of six art films will be presented one by one, and each art film introduces a new song and a new painting. The two artists would like to deliver messages of hope and comfort to all the audiences through their artworks. Lastly, the exhibition-like music concert is coming up at the end of the year 2022, so please stay tuned.
