The slow smoking and cooking process gives this dish so much depth and #flavor, it’s outstanding 🤤 /// Recipe 4 lamb shanks // Seasoning - 2 tbsp brown sugar - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp basilic - 1 tbsp Rosemary - 1 tbsp origan - 1 tbsp paprika - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp black pepper - 3 tbsp old style dijon mustard - 3 tbsp olive oil // Braising juice - 1 1/2 cup vegetable broth - 2 tbsp tomato paste - 4-6 cloves garlic - 3 sprigs fresh Rosemary - 3 sprigs fresh Oregano - fresh coriander // Instruction - Set smoker to 275F - Season your shanks with the wet rub listed above - Cook until internal temp of 165F (about 2 hours) - Place the shanks in tray with the braising juice listed above - Continue cooking until internal temp reaches 203-205F (1-2 hours) - Rest 20-30 minutes hour, then serve on your preferred rice. - Enjoy
