Three Way Raise

Three Way Raise Set-up: Maintain a neutral spine while performing reps. Execution: This complex is performed for an equal number of reps for the front raise, lateral raise, and rear delt raise. Front raise begins in front of hips and finishes just above shoulder height. Lateral raise begins outside hips & finishes just above shoulder height. Rear delt raise begins with a flexed hip, arms over toes, & finishes at shoulder height. Squeeze the dumbbells up using the deltoids.
