This is a delicious Poke recipe made with Chilean Salmon, fresh Ponzu, and Hijiki (a type of seaweed). Chilean Salmon is high in natural fat content - loaded with Omega3 fatty acids, and the perfect fish for making Poke. We use the fattier belly flap (harasu) or this preparation.
