Marco Tegui - Clarão de Lua

Marco Tegui has put together the upcoming Kindisch Stories compilation featuring a wealth of his own new tracks and remixes, but before it arrives in August he serves up two of its standout singles. Tegui hails from Peru but has been a core part of the European scene for over a decade. He was A&R for the iconic Berlin label Bar25 and sister label Sirin Music from 2018 to 2021 when he started his own DowntempoLove. He has also released on Get Physical, Stil Vor Talent and many more labels and is a skilled musician who has a live show which feeds into the way he makes his music - always with rich harmonies and lush melodies. The superb ’Clarão de Lua’ is a slow and steamy trip to South America, with bird calls in the distance, gorgeous acoustic strings and a feeling of jungle humidity amongst the rolling beats. ’Danzar’ is another sublime and exotic sound with warm, rubbery beats and organic percussion next to beautiful strings. It’s a cultured deep house sound unlike anything else out there. This is a great primer for the much-anticipated collection to come in August.
