Muay Thai/Kard Chuek highlights of Saiyok Pumpanmuang (ไทรโยค พุ่มพันธ์ม่วง), formerly Saiyoknoi Sakchainarong. Saiyok is one of the most well-known muay Thai fighters in the world, and is renowned for his aggressive style. Formerly fighting under the name of Saiyoknoi Sakchainarong, Saiyok was a promising young fighter from Phitsanulok, northern Thailand. He was a Rajadamnern stadium champion and became a dominant figure in the heavier weight classes. However, in a fight against Singmanee Sor Srisompong, Saiyok was accused of fight-fixing and was stripped of his title. He was no longer allowed to fight in the big Thai stadiums and returned home to become a fruit merchant. Saiyok’s fighting career was over.
