Short 10 minute version of the ’On your feet’ sequence from Ramaswami’s Complete book of Vinyasa Yoga. See my playlists for the full version. On the VK TT course we would do a similar shortened version at the start of every practice. Each of these postures could be repeated two or three times, on the third you could hold the pose for three breaths and work into it a little more deeply
