This Video was in New York after our workshop with these beautiful people! After sharing and practicing so much about how me and Brenda see the dance nowadays, we had again a very open and emotional connection dancing for the group!Before this dance, Brenda had a very special connection with her pain about exposing herself in a demo in front of people and she released some emotional feelings. That was so beautiful and special because after that release, me and all the group around could support her and create a safe place for her just to be herself flowing, enjoying and feeling the moment! Thank you so much Brenda for this! You are my example of vulnerability and I love you so much! Thank you so much NYC for this amazing and beautiful weekend!
