Italian Artistic gymnast Carlotta Ferlito fell off the balance beam at the Jesolo 2016 artistic gymnastics Trophy. The Italian Olympian was attempting a double pike dismount from her balance beam routine when her foot missed the beam and she landed on her neck. After the crash, she was brought to hospital.
