Both bands hail from Italy. Quarto Potere (4° Potere) were a DIY Crustpunk, Crustcore, Crustgrind hardcore band from Sardinia, Italy. I already uploaded Quarto Potere (4° Potere) demo Incubo Senza Fine and split EP with another great Italian band Tetano. Olim Palus ‎were a Crust, hardcore punk, D-beat band from Latina, Italy. This is the only known release I found. Would like to hear more from these guys! Both great sounding bands.
