Never accept air from SCUBA while freediving

Good demonstration of what will happen with human lungs if they inhale air from scuba while freediving. Expanding air will explode the lungs due to decreasing pressure and increasing volume. In this demonstration, the bottle was flown up by expanding air for about 10 meters. Please, remember! Never accept air from scuba divers while freediving! As a scuba diver, never hold your breath! Always breathe slowly and consistently.
