Ingredients:
2 carrots (170g).
1/2 onion (80g).
15g ginger.
1 clove of garlic.
Olive oil.
170g of canned tomatoes (or fresh peeled tomatoes).
300g of washed lentils.
Water 1.3 l approximately.
A few bay leaves.
1 tsp of salt.
1 tsp of paprika.
Black pepper.
