This is an exercise demo for how to do a Double Kettlebell Clean and Jerk.
For reference…
This is a DEAD clean, which means you will bring the kettlebell to the floor for a dead stop each rep. Other variations of the clean are the hang clean (KBs don’t touch the floor) and swing clean (KB swing each rep).
This is a POWER jerk, which means your feet will lift and move as you press the kettlebells overhead. Other variations of the jerk are the push jerk (basically a push press where your feet don’t leave the ground), the squat jerk (squat all the way down as you press overhead), and the split
... jerk (hop into a split stance as you press overhead). For kettlebells, a push jerk or power jerk (or strict press) is the most common.
