Single Kettlebell Dead Snatch

This is an exercise demo for how to do a Single Kettlebell Dead Snatch. For reference, “dead” means the kettlebell is taken to the ground with each rep for a dead stop. Note: Depending on the kettlebell size, you can either bring the kettlebell directly down from overhead to the floor or you can first bring it to a rack position and then to the floor. If the kettlebell is heavy, definitely do the latter.
