Sadiq Khan, says that the Notting Hill Carnival is, ‘an amazing way to bring communities together.’

The events at this year’s Notting Hill Carnival were appalling, but there did not appear to be the same swift justice meted out to wrongdoers as during the recent disturbances in towns in the north of England.
