Lymphatic drainage of tissues of the body is more important than we realise and we take it for granted most of the time. The lymphatic fluid from the lower limbs and the pelvic region flows through a number of lymph nodes in the pelvis to find its way to the abdomen. Let’s have a look at these groups of lymph nodes and try to better understand their anatomy.
