Digital lecture-Culthist: Frances Yates in/and Hungary

This talk (now in an edited form) was given for the “Medieval Wednesdays“ at CEU, Budapest on April 22, 2020. However, because of the corona virus quarantine, I spoke from Szeged using the zoom platform and my listeners were scattered in Budapest and as far as Leeds in Britain. It was a very exciting context to revive my memories about the 1970s and 1980s when I met Frances Yates (1899-1981) on several occasions, and a few months before her death (at 82) I could be her guide during an 8-day visit in Hungary
