Kladenets (Traces Of The Cult) is the third album by artist Sadko, named after the legendary sword. The sword is only given to a hero who can wield it. “Мечом-Кладенцом“ (Sword-Kladenets) was called the swords of several heroes from Russian folklore. They could be magical and give the owner invincibility. Usually they fell into the hands of the owner from some hiding place. The album was also influenced by Russian poetry, and half of the album’s tracks use poems by poets: Apollo Grigoriev - (the ancient God is still alive) and Konstantin Balmont - (“Gigantic mountains “and“the Awakening of Perun“). This album is more dark and tragic than its predecessors
