Tarquinio Merula. Benedicta tu. Canto Fiorito

A world premiere recording of 5 voices motet “Benedicta tu“ by Tarquinio Merula from Canto Forito’s CD “Rome to Vilnius“, published by Brilliant Classics on the 1st of October 2024. The lost bass part of this piece was reconstructed by Rodrigo Calveyra, the artistic director of the early music ensemble Canto Fiorito based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
