Treatment of Peri-implantitis: Access flap surgery on anterior implant

Branemark Implant in the area 21 with excessive horizontal bone loss and circumferential probing pocket depth of 7 -8 mm. Neighbouring implants appear not affected and present probing depth of 2-3 mm. Localised access flap for decontamination of the implant surface is conducted. Finally a connective tissue graft is applied in the buccal surface of the implant, aiming to regenerate the keratinised mucosa.
