Moon Tiara Stardust!

Sailor Moon used this particular attack only in the anime; it was not a manga or PGSM attack. She only used this attack once in episode 5 “A Youma’s Scent! Chanelas Steal Love“, the reason is unknown. Moon Tiara Stardust was performed the same exact way as Moon Tiara Action, except Moon Tiara Stardust is more of a healing spell, than an offensive attack. Enjoy! :)
