IBU Gender Equality in Sports Leadership Seminar 2019

The first IBU Gender Equality in Sports Leadership Seminar was held in Warsaw, Poland on 24-26 May 2019. The three-day seminar was organised by the IBU in partnership with AIOWF and the Polish Biathlon Association with the aim of developing solutions to improve gender equality and empower female leaders within biathlon. It is the first time a women-focused conference has been held in winter sports and participants from almost 40 countries were in attendance. Picture by Michał Ostrowski.
