2023 Tompkins Square HALLOWEEN DOG PARADE. The 33rd Annual 2023 TOMPKINS SQUARE HALLOWEEN DOG PARADE is Saturday, October 21st at 12:30pm. The day consists of a real walking parade down Avenue B and an exclusive costume competition in the park.  New York City is a city of dog lovers, with approximately 600,000 dogs residing in NYC neighborhoods. The Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade is one of the year’s biggest and most anticipated events for dog families.
