🇬🇧 NO JUMPING, NO NOISE! ♥︎ This super quick cardio workout raises your heart rate, burns fat & tones your muscles at the same time. It is not that intense, but definitely challenging. Aaaaand there are no jumping exercises included in this, so your neighbors won’t be upset about any noise. :)
▪️ MY TIPS:
• Try not to take any breaks in between, but if you need to, just take them. You will improve over time. :)
• You can do this workout every day.
