The Russians have hit the city of Orikhiv in Zaporizhzhia Oblast with a guided aerial bomb, killing four people, Ukraine said. Meanwhile, Chief of Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov was seen in public for the first time since Wagner’s mutiny in June 24.
