“8 Leopard Tanks Destroyed“, Russia Pounds Kyiv, Russian UAV Operators Killed By Their Own Mines

Russia has claimed that its forces destroyed “28 tanks, including eight main battle Leopard tanks,“ and 109 armoured fighting vehicles. The Russian Defence Ministry also said that its forces killed 1,500 Ukrainian troops in the Donetsk region. Russia also said that its forces destroyed 3 wheeled French-made АМХ-10 tanks. On June 6, the Russian Defence Ministry said that the Ukrainian forces made an attempt to advance in Donetsk on June 5. Air defence systems were engaged in repelling air attacks in Kyiv and the Kyiv region region early on June 6, local authorities said. After the attack, the Kyiv military administration said that air defences destroyed more than 20 enemy objects. Russian forces launched several missiles into Kharkiv around midnight on June 5, Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov said.
