As viewed from my yard about miles away; then while driving to the scene; then most of video is as viewed from the Ellwood City Hospital parking lot, about 1 mile north of Inmetco. You can hear faint sounds that sound like explosions coming from the plant. When I zoom in, you can barely see the firefighters streams of water. I’m glad the slight breeze was blowing southward.
