Bio By She Rox All Female Bands: Atlanta,Georgia based rockers, the Txlips began in 2016 by guitarist, founder, and vocalist Gabriella Logan, aka Gabby Guitar, when local female rapper “Diamond“ asked her to play guitar for her. Logan not only provided her guitar skills for the rapper she also founded the rapper’s all female back up band called Gurl Code, shortly after the band morphed into the Txlips. Along with hard hitting drummer, Monique “Mo Drumma“ Williams, keyboardist J Whales and bass player Sarina. The band quickly gained a large local following for their innovated brand of hard edged rock indie infused rock. Constant accolades and praise have created a strong word of mouth for the members who empower women of color through their music, and have set forth inspiration for a large group of female musicians that have been overlooked by the male dominated area of rock music.
