Ramen hacks pt. 4 - creamy 🧀 ramen Whenever I tell someone that I like to use milk instead of water in my ramen, I usually get mixed reactions. So many people think it sounds like an unappetizing mix, but I’m telling you it’s SO GOOD. The milk makes it creamy, but not overpowering. I’m using the new flavor @samyangfoods cheese ramen & omg I LOVE it 😍 I guess this ramen is meant to be eaten “dry”, but it tastes so good when you add a bit of liquid! The milk also helps to cut the spice. Boil the noodles in water til soft, but still firm. Then, drain the water. Add 1/3 to 2/3 cup of milk (depending on your preference) to the pot. I used whole milk for this recipe but certainly use the milk you prefer! Gently bring it to a low boil and add back the noodles. This brand comes with 2 sauce packets - one with cheese powder and the other is a spicy liquid seasoning. These noodles are a bit spicy, but I love it 😍 You can use less of the spicy liquid sea
