Blackgloom - “True Louisianian Black Metal“ Full Compilation (2023)(Raw Black)

The compilation is here. The more recent two demos to be casted by Blackgloom collided into a boiling pot. These hexes and vexes and spells of Hell shall only tell what became of True Louisianian Black Metal. Louisiana, it is a strange state. A shitty one, but somehow feels like homage, the streets running rampant with gun violence and drugs, the crazed minded wandering these parts suffering in the suffocating humidity during a blazing summer day, drenching in sweat or the shivering cold of unbearable climate, and amidst the other seasons torturing those poor souls that trot these lands, these swamps and bayous themselves all across Louisiana state, and looking at the state from above, these wet areas look like veins filled with bodies of filthy water, inhabited by monstrous reptilian beasts, drugs discarded by the government or crooks, voodoo rituals performed by the creoles in the southern regions nearest New Orleans, and the inhabitants of this hellish yet glorious state, bible thumping hypocrites with small minded oppressive and suppressive agendas, drug addicts and alcoholics destroying themselves and each other in the streets. These streets which are either broken, cracked, holes everywhere, and dependable on the area, coated in the grime of hobo addict urine. There’s no true black metal running through these parts, everyone is either a secretive Christian or a fukkin loser poser. The scene here is the typical Doom/Stoner/Sludge, while coming from a Louisianian I don’t mind it, but it doesn’t hold a deep meaningful passion like Black Metal would. This is authentic grimness, hateful, disgusting, foul, vulgarity. Satanic evil hymns to provoke the Christian swine and drag them out into the streets where they’d be stomped on with big black boots. Blackgloom doesn’t follow in pursuit with the sludge trend nor shall it ever accompany the more accepted scenes. It is acts such as Blackgloom and Necrorape in the northwestern region of the state that it is growing rampant, like a plague. The chaos is in the air and Shreveport is a warzone. It is where I was born and unfortunately live now, but what draws me deeper into thought is of the unknown sorceries that hide in those waters, what haunted ancient houses sit in the middle of those woods? What creatures truly lurk in the bayous? What evil spirits possess the humid air? What cursed relics could be found in the marsh? Louisiana itself is a mystery that draws inward my fascination and so, as a standing point in the Black Metal community, the flame that shall spread across the woods, this is True Louisianian Black Metal! Hails Legions! Track Listing: 1. A New Dark Age/Intro 2. ...Of the Black 3. Summoning of the Swamp Witch 4. Skullfucking Jesus Christ 5. The Cold of Unbearability 6. Farewell To Sunlight 7.
