Olympus mju ii zoom 80 lens issue

I’m having an issue with my Olympus mju ii zoom 80. The lens seems stuck and none of the features like film rewind doesn’t work. I have tried to disassemble to show what’s going on inside in case anyone who watches this video is knowledgeable enough to suggest a fix.
