VETRARDRAUGURINN - Mother of Northern Skies

VETRARDRAUGURINN (Icelandic for The Winter Ghost) is the vehicle for the songwriting of Guitar Player Eric Hazebroek (formerly of Stream of Passion). Together with Marjan Welman (Autumn, Ayreon) on vocals, Douwe de Wilde (The Saturnine) on bass, and Jim van de Kerkhof (All for Nothing) on drums he recorded 4 melancholic metal tracks filled with heavy, down-tuned guitars, heart breaking melodies, progressive drums/bass parts, topped with warm vocals, as a taster of the full-length album that is in the works.
