Summer Pizza
Ingredients
4.5 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cup warm water (use controlled)
For the Top:
1 cup Pesto Souce
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella
Cherry tomatoes
Baby arugulas
Garlic powder
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, add 1/2 cup warm water, yeast, and a pinch of sugar and activate the yeast.
In a large bowl, add the remaining water, activated yeast, flour, oil, sugar, and salt, and stir. Knead the dough for about 4-5 min.
Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let it rest for 15-20 mins.
