FLAT BRUSH PAINTING - Can you do a whole painting with ONE Flat Brush?

I normally paint watercolors with various mop brushes and synthetic brushes, not flat brushes. How far can I paint this street scene with one flat brush. I also give a review of different flat brushes for watercolor. Subject for the painting is Ross-on-Wye in the UK. At the start of this video, I show my source photograph for the painting.
