Aerial China:Another cross-river bridge in Chongqing closes-Caijia Jialing River Bridge重慶蔡家嘉陵江大橋

Caijia Jialing River Bridge is the 36th super-large river-crossing bridge to be constructed in the main urban area of Chongqing. It is located between the Yuwu Expressway Ma’anshi Bridge and the Jialing River Bridge on Metro Line 6, which will link the two core groups of Caijia and Lijia. The Caijia Jialing River Bridge has a total investment of about 2.9 billion yuan and a total length of kilometers. It starts from the Daijiayuan Interchange of the Caijia Group in Liangjiang New District in the north, and ends at Libai Road in Lijia District in the south. The main construction content includes the main bridge, approach bridge, Jinshan Temple, and Xiaowan. Two interchanges. Among them, the bridge project has a total length of 1,420 meters, a main bridge span of 320 meters, a bridge deck width of 37.5 meters, two-way eight lanes, and a two-way six-lane approach. Designed according to the city’s main roads, the design speed is 60 km/h. It is expected to be completed and opened to traffic by the end of 2021
