Mehta Multispecialty Hospitals India Pvt Ltd and International Paediatric Nep hro logy Association (IPNA) organised a 2kms long walkathon which was kick-started at Elliot’s beach, Besant Na gar, Chennai to create awareness on “Living Well with Kidney Diseases to mark 16th Edition of World Kidney Day. The walkathon organized by the Department of Paediatric Nephrology at Dr Mehta’s Hospitals, under the leadership of Dr. Kalaivani Ganesan along with her colleagues Dr Sudha Ekambaram and Dr Sukanya Govindan with the guidance of Dr. B. R. Nammalwar (Director-Paediatric Nephrology) Dr. Mehta’s Hospitals, Chennai. The Walkathon was flagged off by Actress Namitha and Director & Actor Ramesh Khanna.
