75 Ring dips, reps only counted while the other partner was statically holding their chest to the pull-up bar
then,
20 total 155 pound Squat snatches, alternating each rep
then,
Row a total of 1500 meters, each athlete was only allowed to row while their parter was holding a 225 pound barbell in the deadlift position
then,
Lunge 65 feet with 65 pound dumbbells
