The first part of the documentary project “Bosanski Muslimani: Historia jedne borbe za opstanak“ tells about the centuries-old struggle of the Bosniaks for their identity and culture, about the difficult path of this people through the centuries to the present. The film presents a large number of various archival materials (video chronicles, books, manuscripts) and interviews with experts. The first film covers the period from the arrival and settlement of the Slavs in the Balkans to the period of late Yugoslavia of the 1980s.
