Ingredients: 2 tsp vegetable oil or ghee 1 red bell pepper (chopped) 1 green bell pepper (chopped) 4 chicken breasts (cut into bite sizes) 1 medium onion (cut in big pieces) Red and green chiles (chopped) 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp ground turmeric 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 3-4 cups curry sauce (whatever you like) 1 tsp tomato paste Salt (to taste) 1 tsp garam masala Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish) Serves 4
