This is actually the Season 5 opening from the 1966-1973 CBS-TV action-espionage series “Mission: Impossible“ (the year Lesley Ann Warren and Sam Elliott joined the cast). Specific elements of the introduction changed with each episode, but the theme music composed by Lalo Schifrin stayed the same.
