Green capsicum ½ No.

Garlic 4-6 No.
Oil 2-3 Tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 Tsp
Ginger chopped 1 Tsp
Green chilli chopped 2-3 No.
Black peppercorn 1 Tsp.
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1 Tsp
Punjabi wadiyan 2 No.
Curry leaves 8-10 No.
Bay leaf 2 No.
Tomato 1 No.
Boiled rice 1 Cup
Water as required
Coriander chopped 1 Tbsp
Lemon wedge for serving
Ghee for serving
Coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
1. Take lauki peel it and cut into small cube. Keep it aside.
2. Take turai peel it and cut into small cube. Keep it aside.
3. Take green capsicum and cut into small cube. Keep it aside.
4. Take onion peel it and cut into small cube. Keep it aside.
5. Take garlic and chopped them. Keep it aside.
6. Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, chopped garlic and ginger, mix well and sauté for 30 sec.
7. Add green chilli chopped and mix well.
8. Add black pepper
