Navajo Bread

I’ve been eating a version of this bread called “sopapillas“ since I was a little kid and have always wanted to nail this recipe down and I finally did it! This has so many different applications its unreal. Also, you can use the dough as a base for flour tortillas if you hit them up on a super hot cast iron pan or flat top. Douse them in honey, chorizo and cheese, hash style egg breakfast, or whatever you’re imagination comes up with and you’ll be in for a TREAT!
