This journey isn’t just about figuring out how to stop binge eating or how to control binge eating, but how to gain awareness of our behaviors and make peace with food. How can we regain control over food, rather than feeling like food controls us?
I’ll walk you through the approaches that have helped me on my own journey, as well as my clients who struggle with binge eating—through a lens of mindfulness, healthy coping mechanisms, and self-compassion.
