In addition to an increase in gain this version features a switch to toggle between the standard SC silicon diode clipping (SI) and LED diode clipping (LED). The LED mode is less compressed, more raw & aggressive in the midrange and MUCH LOUDER. Seriously- turn down the volume when switching to LED mode or use the extra volume to abuse a nice tube amp.
