NATALYA LISOVSKAYA - SHOT PUT CHAMPION DEDICATION

Here is a video about a very successful Russian Shot Putter from the 80’s, Natalya Lisovskaya. Natalya still holds the world record for the women’s shot put at metres, achieved in 1987! Natalya is a world champion from Rome in 1987 and the olympic champion from Seoul, Korea in 1988. She was one powerful athlete, married to Yuriy Sedykh, the Russian world record holder for the Men’s Hammer Throw at metres. They have a daughter, Alexia Sedykh who is the 2010 World Youth Olympic Games Champion
